These wallet-sized cards encourage individuals to make a personal commitment to seek help if they experience thoughts of suicide—and to respond with compassion when someone else reaches out.
The front outlines three simple promises: call and talk to someone during a crisis, listen without judgment, and learn how to connect people with professional support. The back includes space to write the name and phone number of a trusted contact, along with the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
Ideal for behavioral health providers, prevention coalitions, treatment and recovery programs, schools, community events, and outreach activities. Distribute these cards to help start potentially lifesaving conversations and give individuals a practical resource they can keep close at hand.
This project is funded under a grant contract with the State of Tennessee,
Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services.
