The Talk. They Hear You.® Campaign Network How-To Guide explains how organizations can participate in SAMHSA’s national campaign to prevent underage drinking and other substance use among young people. It describes the Campaign Network, participation expectations, available resources, and ways members can support prevention activities in their communities. The guide also encourages coordination among community organizations, prevention professionals, schools, and other partners. It is intended to help organizations expand the reach of consistent, evidence-informed prevention messages for parents, caregivers, and youth.
