Product Details
The Tennessee Department of Health reported more than 30 fatal overdoses associated with cychlorphine in the state since October 2025. Cychlorphine is described as a synthetic opioid approximately ten times more potent than fentanyl, with effects that can include slowed or stopped breathing and loss of responsiveness. Naloxone can reverse a cychlorphine overdose, although repeated doses may be necessary. The notice advises calling 911, administering naloxone, providing rescue breathing, monitoring the person, and using Tennessee treatment and overdose-response resources when assistance is needed.
