Bullying Prevention 101: A Quick Guide for Adults , published by PACER Center in 2025, provides parents and other adults with an introduction to recognizing and responding to bullying among children and teens. It defines bullying, distinguishes it from conflict and harassment, and explains cyberbullying. The guide offers practical approaches for supporting children who experience bullying, witness it, or engage in bullying behavior. It also presents a three-step process to help youth describe their experiences, consider changes, and develop possible solutions with adult support. A link to PACER’s Student Action Plan template is included to assist with planning. quickguide-parents-2025.pdf
