This catalog will familiarize you with videos
about alcohol, tobacco and other drugs, prevention, intervention,
treatment, HIV/AIDS, domestic violence, peer pressure and other
related topics which are available from the TAADAS Statewide
Clearinghouse for alcohol and drug information and referrals.
Once you have signed a video membership
agreement*, you may borrow, free of charge, two videos at
a time for three business days. You may reserve additional videos
for future use. To reserve videos, email the video libraian at
video@taadas.org, visit the Clearinghouse or
call us toll free at 1-800-889-9789. Reservations should be made as far in advance
as possible to insure availability.
As a courtesy to other customers, videos must
be returned in a timely manner. In the event a video is late,
a fee of $3.00 per day will be charged. Your signature on the
User's Agreement indicates that you are aware of and agree to
pay these late fees.
If you can not visit the Clearinghouse to pick
up and return videos UPS will be used. You will be responsible for the shipping
and handling charges. You will receive an invoice with your
order for shipping and handling charges.
Note: Video services offered through the
Tennessee Clearinghouse are limited to Tennessee residents only.
