MEMBERSHIP PLEDGE FORM
Memberships run from July 1st through June 30th.
Membership shall be open to individuals or entities interested in addiction, co-occurring, prevention, or recovery support services and is subject to payment of membership dues.
Organizational membership levels are based on the annual dues of the prospective agency.
*these are suggested minimum membership pledges, you are encouraged to pledge more if possible.
How can I join?
Please complete the online form below and indicate whether you'd like to pay online or be billed. You can indicate your preferred billing frequency.
You will receive an invoice from us.
Conduct and ethics
As a recipient of state funding, TAADAS requires its members to view information regarding Title VI Act (Civil Rights) annually.
TAADAS bylaws require that members attest to reviewing the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics annually.
