Mind Over Matter:  Teachers Guide
This is the teacher's guide for the "Mind Over Matter" series. This exciting new neuroscience education series, developed by the National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA), a component of the National Institutes of Health, is designed to encourage youngsters in grades 5-9 to learn about the biological effects of drug abuse on the body and the brain.  Download Teachers Guide along with Methamphetamine and Nicotine supplements.

Designed for use by middle school students, this series of brochures provides scientifically based information about how drugs act in the brain and body. This poster contains scientific information on how methamphetamine acts in the body and brain, with an emphasis on its harmful effects. It is designed to provide this information in a format that will use drug information to teach science and engender student interest in science, while also providing messages of the harmful effects of methamphetamine.
